Terms of Trade

These general terms apply to quotations and sales by Jainex Global unless a signed sales contract states otherwise. In case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to product availability. Prices are quoted per metric tonne under the Incoterm specified (FOB · CFR · CIF).

Quality and documentation

• Each lot is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis against the agreed specification
• Pre-shipment or third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request
• Quality claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of arrival, supported by test reports

Shipment

Goods ship from Port Qasim & Karachi. Typical production lead time is 7–15 days after order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is by irrevocable L/C at sight or by T/T as stated in the sales contract.
